Because I couldn't make prints, I decided to try something different.
Instead of making prints, I scanned in the negatives, and then inverted them (because when you make prints, you shine a light through the negative and onto photosensitive paper, so the light parts get exposed, and the dark parts dont, inverting the image.) I put them all in the "Darkroom>Digital" category because everything I did inside GIMP can be done in a darkroom.
Anyways yeah, I liked how it all turned out.

I need more material on this page.
I'm like six exposures from finishing a roll. But I won't be able to develop until my show closes on the 29th.

As part of our drama class, we have "company jobs" that people would have in the world of professional theatre. So I'm photographer (and also webmaster.) I went in to take photos for one of the plays today during a tech rehearsal, and hadn't seen it before.
I took 270 photos.
That's gonna be a bitch to sort through and find which ones I want to edit.
But I'm going in tomorrow again, and having seen it (and freshly formatting the memory card) I'll be able to do it more specifically. And hopefully do some setups where I'll have better lighting to work with.

I developed a roll, and made a couple prints while I was at it. My friend currently has them, because I had nowhere to put them on my bike. They'll be up soon.

So over the weekend I went into the city, on a weirdly hot day. (It's San Francisco, it's never hot. NEVER)
Anyway, I'm sharing this seemingly irrelevant detail with you, because that's what my next set of Deviations is going to be of.
